K9 for Kids is a fun, community-wide dog contest where every entry and every vote helps send students to camp.


Submit your dog, choose a category, and start rallying your people.

$25 entry fee • Takes 2 minutes • Entries close April 24.

Rules & Guidelines

    • Open to all dogs

    • Multiple entries allowed (each requires a separate submission)

    • Dogs may be entered in more than one category

    • One category per ticket. To enter multiple categories, select multiple tickets.

    • Each entry requires its own photo and category selection

    • Photo required for all entries

    • Video required for select categories (ex: Best Trick)

    • Cutest Puppy

    • Wiggliest Tail

    • Best Smile

    • Best Dressed

    • Ugliest

    • Best Ears

    • Looks Most Like Owner

    • Best Trick (video required)

    • Largest

    • Smallest

    • Best Rescue Story

    • Best Child Handler

    Categories cannot be changed after submission

    You can select multiple categories when submitting your dog—no need to fill out the form more than once.

    • Photos must be clear and high-quality

    • Dog must be visible and the main focus

    • No inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful content

    • Videos must be submitted as a shareable link (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

    • Make sure your video link is public and accessible

    • By submitting, you give permission for use in promotion and social media

    • $1 = 1 vote

    • Unlimited voting allowed

    • Voting is open to the public

    • All votes are final

    • Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification

    • All votes support student scholarships
       

    • All submissions will be reviewed before being approved for voting

    • Submission opens April 12 and closes on April 24

    • Approved entries will appear once voting opens

    • Voting opens April 28 and closes on May 1

    • Winners will be announced on May 5 during Sunday service and on Lake Church social media

    • Winners will also be contacted directly using the information provided at entry
       

    • Be respectful and family-friendly

    • No offensive content or messaging

    • No vote manipulation or abuse of the system

    • Event organizers reserve the right to remove entries or disqualify participants at any time
