Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Excel Learning will provide leadership and oversight to support the mission of Excel Learning. This role includes directing teachers and tutors, engaging with families, and ensuring a Christ-centered educational environment that fosters student growth.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support teachers, tutors, and staff

• Build positive relationships with teachers, students, and parents

• Set goals and objectives for Excel Learning

• Hire, train, and oversee new personnel

• Work with both public school and homeschool families

• Maintain accurate student records

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

• Teach seminars and creative classes as needed

• Develop and implement strategies to grow student enrollment

• Enhance Excel Learning’s online and social media presence

• Perform other duties as assigned
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years classroom experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Working knowledge of elementary, middle, and high school curriculum

• Ability to lead a team effectively

• Excellent organizational skills with a growth mindset

• Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Ability to work independently and think strategically

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement
